When will an item be back in stock? ›
We get deliveries every week and most items are back in stock within 7 working so please check back on the site. Unfortunately we cannot give you a specific date.
You can specifically phone our Orderline and make an order of the item which most brands can be instock with 3-4 days if not less.
Where is my refund? ›
If you've returned an item and are expecting a refund please allow 14 working days for it to appear on your card or receive a cheque in the post. We'll send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed or the cheque has been sent in the post. You can also phone our Orderline to check the status of your refund.
I can't find the item I'm looking for? ›
When you're searching for an item on the Proform Equine website you may occasionally find that your search does not return any results. Please check your spelling or the wording and try the brand name first.
However this could also be because we do not sell that item or brand.
